All advertising material is subject to publisher's approval and agreement by the advertiser to protect the publisher from loss or expense or claims based upon the subject matter of the advertisement.
Liability of the publisher, or any error for which he may be held legally responsible will not exceed the cost of space occupied by the error.
The publisher will not be liable for loss of income or profits or any consequential damage. Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising which the publisher feels not in keeping with publication standards.
PRODUCTION CHARGES
Rates apply only to finished camer-ready ads to be supplied by the advertiser. Minor additions, corrections, art work, typesetting, photographs or other display ad work requested by the advertiser will be billed by the production supplier of the newsletter. Advertiser is permitted to change the ad at any time by providing camera-ready copy to the publisher by the dates published on the front of this contract.
CANCELLATION
Space cancellations will not be accepted after space date closes. Cancellations must be in writing, received and accepted by the publisher and the OKBFAA Treasurer.
BILLING DATES
Advanced payment is requested with contract. Please make checks payable to OKBFAA OR pay with credit card online, OR fax a check to 918-446-1103. All ad prices quoted are net 10 days.
